Norwood is the largest Jewish charity in the UK and supports vulnerable children and adults with learning disabilities. Norwood is their Berkshire home, based between Wokingham and Crowthorne and is home to approximately 140 adults with learning disabilities.  They are looking for two volunteer Editors to produce the charities monthly newsletter. This will involve writing articles, taking photographs, producing the layout and printing the final magazine. They need both volunteers to be able to commit to a minimum of two days and the role will be based at Ravenswood Village in Crowthorne.

SEAP provide free and independent mental health advocacy, health complaints advocacy and will soon be providing advocacy under the care act and community advocacy for Wokingham residents. They are looking for Publicity Champions who can talk to groups at events and promote the work that SEAP does, distributing leaflets and posters and generally making the people of Wokingham aware of the advocacy services available to them. Must be able 1 to 2 half days per week. Good people skills and good communication skills are a must.
