Glebelands House is a 42 bed nursing and residential care based in central Wokingham. They are in need of volunteers to help with their tea trolley serving drinks to residents and visitors. Shifts are available Monday to Sunday 10am-12pm and/or 2pm-4pm. Volunteers do not need previous experience but must be friendly, polite and reliable.

The Earley Crescent Centre based in Lower Earley is a Community Resource Centre, designed to meet the needs of voluntary and community organisations and local people. CResCent is a welcoming voluntary organisation, which provides access to high quality facilities including: Training, Information / Helpdesk, Room Hire and a Coffee Bar. They are looking for a volunteer to help on a Wednesday to make the desert element of the 3 course meal they serve to the community once a week. Hours are 9.30am-1pm on Wednesdays.

The Royal Voluntary Service run a coffee shop at Wokingham Hospital which serves patients, families, outpatients and staff. They are looking for volunteers to serve customers, make drinks and toast, restock and use the till. The volunteer on the 2pm-4pm shift will need to do some cleaning up as well. Shifts available are Monday 12pm-2pm, Tuesday 2pm-4pm, Wednesday 9.30am-12pm, Thursday 12pm-2pm and 2pm- 4pm.

Students from Addington School (which is based in Woodley) attend sessions at the Shuters Café at the Wokingham Borough Council offices at Shute End in Wokingham. All the young people attending have a learning disability and they need some volunteer help to support these young people with helping to set up the café, serve the customers and help to clear away at the end. Volunteers will need to enjoy supporting those with a learning disability and have good customer service skills. The session runs from 9am-1pm on Thursdays
